Airtrivo’s customers enjoy one standard-sized checked or carry-on FREE of charge! Oversized or additional bags are subject to a surcharge that must be paid prior to boarding. Please select the appropriate add-on service during booking to ensure our team can safely and efficiently load all items.
For the safety of passengers and drivers, Airtrivo follows federal OSHA manual lifting guidelines for baggage handling.
Standard Bag Dimension (maximum free allowance):
- Length 20 in
- Width 15 in
- Height 35 in
- Weight Not to exceed 50 lbs
To qualify for the free bag, your item must not exceed 20″x15″x35″ L X W X H and must weigh under 50 lbs. Items exceeding these limits should be declared during booking to allow proper handling and ensure on-time departures.
Drivers will load an unload bags from the Airtrivo Shuttle so please ensure bags are in good and functional condition
Airtrivo encourages passengers to weigh luggage prior to traveling to ensure weight specifications are met.
Examples of common oversized items include: strollers, golf bags, large duffle bags, scuba gear, skis, fishing rods or cases, musical instruments and cases, etc.

Baggage
Airtrivo’s Contract of Carriage and Terms& Conditions remain applicable. At no time will the Carrier assume liability for bags, luggage, or contents regardless of theft, damage, inadvertent transfer, forgotten items or misplaced baggage or luggage, or damage resulting for shifting contents, spills, leaks, or interior mishaps, or damage resulting from drops, abrupt impacts, or handling. Passengers agree to avoid packing harmful or illegal items or items not permitted by TSA.
