Detailed - How to Find your Airtrivo Shuttle at RDU

As you Depart Terminal 1’s final TSA checkpoint, you’ll see exit doors nearly straight ahead. Baggage claim (carousels 1-3) are located to your right. Exit out the automated doors, follow the sidewalk left and head toward zone 1. The space has an overhang, and it is marked with hanging Purple signs “Prearranged Services”. Look for zone 1. We’ll pick you up on the “inside.” Our Airtrivo shuttle driver will welcome guests and load your bags!

Note: Terminal 1 is small and most of the areas described here are within line of sight. You do NOT have to cross over the pedestrian crosswalk as we’ll pick you up on the same curb where the entrance/exit doors are located.

Detailed - How to Find your Airtrivo Shuttle at RDU

As you walk past Terminal 2’s final TSA checkpoint, baggage claim (carousels 1-5) are located on the lower floor and accessible by escalators, elevator, or stairs. Carousel 5, the final one, has an exit door nearby-head out the automatic doors. Turn to your right and walk about 25′. Across the traffic lane you’ll see hanging Purple overhead signs “Prearranged Services” and look for #8. The entire route and waiting area is covered. An Airtrivo shuttle driver will welcome you and load your bags. Note: You should NOT use the pedestrian crosswalk as our Shuttle will pick you up on the same sidewalk area where the entrance/exit doors are located.
