RDU Airport Locations
Airtrivo Pick-Up Locations
Raleigh-Durham International Airport
Terminal 1 (zone 1)
As you Depart Terminal 1’s final TSA checkpoint, you’ll see exit doors nearly straight ahead. Baggage claim (carousels 1-3) are located to your right. Exit out the automated doors, follow the sidewalk left until you reach the overhead sign with the number “1”. We’ll pick you up on the “inside curb.” so do NOT cross over to the outer pick-up area using the pedestrian crosswalk. Our Airtrivo shuttle driver will welcome guests and load your bags!
Note: Terminal 1 is small and most of the areas described here are within line of sight. You do NOT have to cross over the pedestrian crosswalk as we’ll pick you up on the same curb where the entrance/exit doors are located.
Look for our Shuttle “Carolina” or one of other stylish fleet vehicles!
Raleigh-Durham International Airport
Terminal 2 (Zone 8)

As you walk past Terminal 2’s final TSA checkpoint, baggage claim (carousels 1-5) are located on the lower level and are accessible by escalators, elevator, or stairs. Carousel 5, the final one, has an exit door nearby – head out the automatic doors.
Turn to your right and walk about 25′. The entire route and waiting area is covered. An Airtrivo shuttle driver will welcome you and load your bags. Note: You should NOT cross over the traffic lane or use the pedestrian crosswalk as our Shuttle will pick you up on the same sidewalk area where the entrance/exit doors are located.
