Pets are not permitted on Airtrivo Shuttles. In compliance with federal guidelines, only ADA-qualified service animals are allowed to ride. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times throughout the trip, boarding, and onboarding. Service animals should be relieved prior to boarding. Please note that emotional support animals (ESAs) are considered pets and are not permitted.
Lidded drinks allowed. As a courtesy avoid messy or strong smelling foods.
Yes. Background and driving record checks are required.

We attempt to monitor delays. Contact us ASAP by phone at 866-462-8747 as soon as possible and we will attempt to accommodate you on the next available departure with seating available.
We accommodate as much as possible. The shuttle does not have a wheelchair lift but can store
collapsible chairs.
Airtrivo welcomes passengers aged 17 and under when accompanied by a legal guardian. Passengers aged 12 years-old and under qualify for our “children” rate.
Yes. Oversized items must be noted and prepaid during booking.
Airtrivo includes 1 carry‑on and 1 checked bag per customer in standard booking at no additional cost. Additional or oversized bags require prepayment.
Airtrivo does not permit discount “stacking” due to our thin operating margins. On occasion when we do offer limited discounts through QR codes these can be used in conjunction with other standard rate discounts.
As a family owned local company our goal is to offer value and affordability. We offer discounts for Seniors, Active Military, students, and children. We are in the process of adding multi passenger discounts.

Airtrivo’s standard fares are $59 for Adults, $49 Military/Senior/Students, and $29 for children.
Yes. Schedules are designed around flight boarding and arrival times and we extensively utilize flight and traffic data to optimize our routes. Our off peak hours help ensure we’re able to accommodate all flyers’ itineraries.
Airtrivo’s posts DEPARTURE times – when our shuttle leaves. We recommend passengers arrive
a minimum of 10 minutes early to avoid delays. Shuttles begin boarding 15 minutes prior to departure unless otherwise noted.
Book as early as possible. Same-day reservations are available when seats allow.
Airtrivo welcomes all passengers including those with and without scheduled flights. We make continuous daily loops between the RDU airport and Fayetteville, NC exit 49 which many non flying passengers find convenient especially with our low rates.
We provide service to the Raleigh-Durham International (RDU) Airport and both terminals, Terminal 1 & Terminal 2, supporting both pick-up and drop-off from each location. See our locations page for specific directions on where to meet an Airtrivo shuttle at the airport.
Airtrivo is a RDU Airport ride service operating daily 24/7 between Fayetteville, Fort Bragg,
and Raleigh–Durham International Airport (RDU).
Airtrivo has partnered with La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fayetteville I-95 for our “Exit 49” pick-up and drop-off location. La Quinta’s address is: 1725 Jim Johnson Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28312.
