This Labor Day, we extend our gratitude to the men and women — both past and present — who dedicate their hard work and sacrifice to our nation and our community here at Fort Liberty.
Labor Day is about honoring the spirit of dedication in every form: the long shifts, the late nights, the families who hold it all together, and the service members who stand watch so others can rest. We acknowledge the work of students as they read, study, and take time to invest in the future. We honor those working toward health and recovery and the heroic daily battles for wellness that inspire us all. We honor our partners in travel and logistics that keep America moving, and those in the medical community for your dedication toward others. We thank law enforcement, our fire departments and those public servants that keep our communities safe. We recognize the work of mothers, fathers, grandparents and those who work builds strong families. To all workers, thank you for keeping our communities strong, moving, and prosperous.
Take time this holiday for well-earned rest, reflection, and time spent with the people who matter most. To all who serve and support — thank you. Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Labor Day.
